Sore & Tender Breasts? - tender quick salt
Good for about a week now, my breasts were very painful. I am 14 years old, and they are about 14a. I have noticed a brief look at the net, and that the salt has increased and the consumption of caffeine may be the cause. I stopped eating all the food very salty, and salt to foods a few days ago, but made even more painful. In the last two days, barely able to walk or sit because it hurts. I wear a padded bra is available in order to help a little, but still a little painful.
