I settle in the states of Heinz white vinegar clean, but can not find, the same in the United Kingdom.

Every supermarket, got) mine in Tesco (own brand is just a few cents (so-called distilled vinegar).
Look for white distilled vinegar, got mine from Tesco and is ideal for cleaning.
You should be able to get plain white vinegar in large supermarkets. Some stores also have a freezer.
Probably at a supermarket or gas station.
