Hello,
I will be a great programmer web content and produce information rent must remain confidential to 100% even after the opening in vivo.
He will also ensure that the program does not work at all similar projects in the future, and that all code and supporting documents are sent to me, and otherwise not used fully in their own hands, and not wholly or partially with another project . He is also working on similar projects for a certain period.
Now my questions ..
- Do I have the signature of the promoter, is a valid instrument to be present?
- An NDA for all items that indicated above, or do I need other documents to support these claims?
- If a fax to me is a valid document?

You do not need to be present, but if not, must be experienced or be notarized. Fax is not enough, they need not pay an original signed document in his possession, and should funds to the documents correctly and in their control.

But I suggest that you request a notarized confidentiality agreement ... So, you know, it's your signature ... and supports you legally in the future if necessary.
