Malaysia Developer Complain On Malaysia Developer?

Complain on Malaysia Developer? - malaysia developer

I come from Malaysia. I bought a two-storey house in Setia Alam, Shah Alam. When I saw the keys to my new house, I get an electrician to install wiring. However, I had my electrician neighbor Grill pipe on my wall! As I inspected the wall between me and my neighbor just 5 inches thick, instead of houses from other developers (7 inches). In this case, who is to blame? Developer or electrician?

Secondly, I asked the developer to take action-cons. The developer had blocked the main line of water from my neighbor with the developer key. But the next morning, before the pipeline was repaired, the developers had released the water main Next Door. This action causes the water flooded upstair to my room and my bedroom floor, which I damaged wood. The developer is not a compensation for me. What measures should be taken because the developer has failed to keep its promise and power of water before the pipe was repaired to perform? Thank you.

It is a question which are studied law in the city of Ur in Malaysia needed to ask for. 1. The electrician has caused damage. 2. Regardless of the thickness of the wall .... Borer electrician. 3. The developer is in hot water because the water is turned on. U need both of us. and shared responsibility. It is the law. It is a question that money to pay for the repair or has. He (developer) in a better position to repair. Disclaimer: I am a licensed attorney. Only 2 years in business law.
